Service Description

Purchasing this item will enroll you in our annual corporate maintenance package. The fee for this program renews every year at the time your filing is due with the Secretary of State's office. The time you select will be your appointment to discuss this project with Caroline Strickland so we can ensure we have all of the initial information we need to take this task off your plate.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. For Estate Planning Retreat cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the retreat date. Any cancellation after that date shall be subject to a cancellation fee which shall be set out in the client fee agreement.
